Our project introduces the concept of future urbanization in bahçekent, the new symbol of Istanbul and the upgrading as a modern city, with 2,000 homes, business units, social areas, health, education, worship, cultural facilities, with government guarantee.
Where is bahçekent Kent?
Located near the new Istanbul Canal, the bahçekent area is connected to the Third Bridge Road, located on the trans-European highways and the intersection of the North Marmara Highway “Tim”, and follows major areas such as bahçeşehir, Ataşehir, and Kayaşehir. bahçekent is large in size and of beautiful green nature. The project has a special place in Istanbul’s future through the modern settlement of city planning.
