The Wanda Vista project consists of a 32-storey tower containing 320 hotel apartments, built by Mar Yapi Construction Company.
Due to the great real estate development in Turkey, Istanbul was chosen as the first overseas real estate project by the largest owner of a luxury hotel chain in China, Dalian Wanda Group. The project is not for those who want housing, it is purely an investment. A 20-year rental contract is signed with the hotel management. Once the purchase is completed, the purchase is guaranteed a profit return for two years. After that, the profits are shared with the collective return system. The profit of the hotel with all its apartments and facilities divided by the area of the hotel gives you the profit per square meter multiplied by the area of your apartment The annual return of your apartment is calculated.
