Overview
Deniz Istanbul project is a tourist resort built on the coast of the Marmara Sea in Beylikdüzü district. Located right in front of Deniz Marina 900, Turkey’s first marina racking system in the west of Istanbul Marina really presents the quiet city with the activities of cafes and restaurants located just a few steps away.
The entire project area is 1,500,000 m2 extending on the 1.5 km long seacoast within the 55 km long coastline extending from Silivri to Tuzla. The green spaces in the project are estimated at 80% of the project area. The project has a family concept where 8% of the housing in the coastal city of Deniz is planned 1 + 1, 15% for a 2 + 1 model, 60% for a 3 + 1 model, 12% For the “4 + 1” model and 5% for the “5 + 1” model, most of the population in the ready stage are also families. All residential districts have sea views due to the gradient in the level of the land and the height of the buildings.
