Overview
This project is an extension of the BizimEvler series that was built by Ikhlas Construction and consists of two buildings containing 236 apartments with 2+1 to 4+1 options. It is located in Ispartakula near the Mahmoud Bey-Esenyurt metro line, which will enter service soon. It is very close to the rural train line, which is connected with the Marmaray line. The Bizim Avler 8 project is located from a point linking the northern Marmara Road, Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge, and Istanbul Airport. The BizimEvler 8 project is located very close to the TEM road in the Ispartakula region. It is also close to the new Istanbul Canal, which is planned to open.
The project is considered a family project, as there is no 1 + 1 model, and the services are separated, as the swimming pool is closed for both men and women separately and on different days. Two different gyms offering services at the same time.
